Diaconal Support Team

Leadership

Provide supervision and support for a diaconal student pastor. Prepare student for ordained ministry in the ELCA. Selected by the diaconal student, supervisor and church council. Work with diaconal student to develop a learning contract. Perform 3-mo, 6-mo, 12-mo evaluations. Engage in one on-site visit with the director of field education.

Someone who likes to encourage and assist in a person's spiritual growth.
